In my present role I develop business opportunities and drive programs and projects to successful closure.
Over the years I have played roles such as Account Manager, IT Service Management Consultant, Service Delivery Manager etc. These roles have helped me work closely with client communities in their efforts to achieve superior business outcomes from their IT investments. Working with organizations to improve their ITSM processes and reach higher levels of process efficiency have given me lots of insight into the importance of organizational behavior and management commitment in setting up or changing processes be that, IT processes or business processes.
My experience transitioning IT Services from one organization to another as part of outsourcing engagements have been very memorable. I have been able to develop a strong and supportive network of excellent professionals during my long tenure as a Service Operations Manager and Service Delivery Manager where people management, team productivity, Client Relationship etc. are of prime focus.
A large part of my decade and a half work experience has been spent in IT Infrastructure Services. Early career included experiences as a FoxPro programmer and Systems / Business Analyst designing business applications.
Self-management is my pet subject. Music is my passion. Reading is an obsession.
