Tangoe the Non-EDI invoices are currently manually data entered for both IPV and CMP. There is some level of automation and validation rules built into both processes.  For example, information from the previous month’s invoice is made available for comparison purposes.  With the SSBI file, the header charges are expected to match the total of the charge details prior to the invoice being marked as complete. This will support to process different carrier invoices, ATT-831, AVPN, Mobility, etc

“Workstation Scheduling” supports automation of work distribution of exception claims and reduce the need for paper.  The system will support processing both Paper and Electronic claims including split claims.  When an operator selects a queue under a selected region, after completing processing a claim the next available claim will appear automatically for the operator.
